The Information day will focus on the first calls under Cluster 3, the rules for participation and the horizontal aspects, all presented by the EC & REA officers. Within the pillar 2 of Horizon Europe, Cluster 3 focuses on Security issues and aims to deliver on the following six destinations matching the Strategic plan:

- Better protect the EU and its citizens against Crime and Terrorism,
- Effective management of EU external borders,
- Resilient Infrastructure,
- Increased Cybersecurity
- Disaster-Resilient Society for Europe,
- Strengthened Security Research and Innovation.

These calls offer new research funding opportunities to research institutions, universities, industries, SMEs, civil society organization, practitioners and other security stakeholders. Furthermore, participation at the brokerage event will help participants create new partnerships and consortia for your security proposals.
