Ein strategisk ætlan verður løgd fyri, hvussu samstarv kann loysa nakrar av átrokandi avbjóðingunum í Atlantshavinum, herundir veðurlagsbroytingar, lívmargfeldni, dálking, verju av vistskipanum og endurskapan av hesum.
