Research in Foreign Affairs, Security, and Defence Policy
Funding for research in Foreign affairs, Security and Defence policy in the North Atlantic - FASDiNA - is financed by the Danish Parliament and run by Research Council Faroe Islands.
The aim of the programme is to generate new knowledge on Foreign affairs, Security, and Defence policy in the North Atlantic and to promote cooperation between the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Denmark on research in these fields. Only research institutes from these three countries can benefit from the programme.

Two research projects and four policy papers have so far received a total of 6.5 MDKK funding from the programme.
The next call is planned to be announced in February 2025.
